Have been with Martine for a couple of years and the management is first class service, to say the least has been impeccable. On a first name basis and always very happy to help without delay. I have a number of properties across Metro Melbourne and I can categorically say there is no better!

A major point of difference is Jo knows us all by name! Whereas with larger organisations/mangers have limited understanding of the property, the OC members, nor awareness of each property’s quirks and challenges. Jo is reachable by phone call or email vs. leaving a message with reception. She works closely with the OC to support its members, she provides sound guidance for legal and repair issues. In summary, Jo is ethical, professional and a pleasure to deal with, it’s great having Jo manage our property.
