When StrataEase took over this property, the Executive Committee had not heard from their manager in over 12 months. It shocked us to hear they did not even know the name of the person responsible for managing their property.
Other than weekly caretaking, no maintenance had been carried out on this property for many months. The property also had an insurance claim which had been closed due to a lack of response.
