With my personal experiences with Body Corporates in the past and now having a Body Corporate like UMS that is hands on and contactable at anytime is beyond words. James Carr who is our OC Manager is  all of the above plus a lot more. James always addresses issues personally and is totally approachable and extremely easy to deal with on any OC matter and nothing is ever a problem for him. I personally would recommend UMS to anybody looking at getting a Body Corporate for their new premises or are thinking to change to a professional company like UMS.
